SIUC Transcript Request Policy

Ordering SIU Carbondale Transcripts

SIU Carbondale transcripts are $5.00 per copy. Exact pricing for filling orders will depend on
the ordering options selected. Credit card orders are subject to processing charges. Request,
payment and student signature(when applicable) must be received before requested transcripts
will be released.

NOTE: A transcript will not be released if any outstanding financial obligations or holds exist on
a student's Bursar account.

You may also visit our office on the SIUC campus to request transcripts. *SIUC will not accept a transcript request by phone or fax.
