All changes to the Schedule of Classes should be sent to Scheduling through the Dean of the College or the Departmental Chairperson. Changes should be sent by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Changes can also be sent by the following methods:
- Mail: Scheduling, Registrar's Office ... Mail Code 4701
- Fax: 453-2915
Cancelling courses or changing the day(s), time(s), or location(s) requires the Dean’s signature. Adding courses, changing the maximum enrollment, and adding/changing special notes or secondary titles may be sent through the Departmental Chairperson’s office.
