Instructor Of Record

After the Schedule Of Classes for a term has been published, authorized personnel from the academic units assign instructors to the class sections.  Up until recently, the units would do this by using the IQuest OAR Solicitation system built by Institutional Research and Studies.  This system not only fed instructor information into the Banner student information system, but also provided data for the annual unit cost study.

Effective with the Spring 2021 semester, a new system has been built to replace the IQuest OAR Solicitation system.  This new Instructor Of Record system is now in use by the academic units:
