Students should regularly monitor their Must Do List within SalukiNet to watch for any new registration holds so that they can get them taken care of before registration opens.  Some registration holds may go into effect before this date.

A pre-payment is not required prior to registration.  However, students with a past‐due balance of $1,500 or more will not be allowed to register until an appropriate payment has been made to the Bursar's Office.  Once a student has registered, the Bursar's Office produces mid-month Statements of Account according to this schedule.

Courses scheduled during the Winter Intersession count as a part of the Spring semester for credit hours and time status, GPA and Deans List, tuition and fee assessment, financial aid, and graduation eligibility calculation purposes.

Students first registering for full-term courses after the advance registration period has ended will be assessed a $15 late registration fee, as will students first registering for shorter-than-full-term courses after the first day of the course.  The fee is non-refundable and non-waivable unless it can be clearly shown that faculty or administrative action caused the late registration.  (Off-campus courses and registration in course numbers 599, 600, 601, and 699 are exempt from this fee.)

Course adds or section changes for shorter-than-full-term courses that start during the first week of the term are subject to this same deadline.  Course adds or section changes for shorter-than-full-term courses that start before or after the first week of the term may be done through the first day of the course (Dean's signature is required after the first day of the course).

Effective Spring 2015, to better comply with federal regulations that concern the return of Title IV aid funds, students who withdraw from the University after the term starts but during the full refund period will normally have displayed on their transcript their attempted courses with W grades.

Students enrolled in shorter-than-full-term courses should refer to the drop deadline chart in their catalog – or to the online Schedule of Classes search result for an individual course – since the full refund date and the last date to drop will vary depending on the start date and length of the course.

Effective Summer 2013, students may not normally drop or withdraw from a full-term course after Week 10 of the semester (or after Week 5 of a Summer Session).

Students who withdraw from the University after the full refund period will normally have displayed on their transcript their attempted courses with W grades.
