What school codes do I need to use?


When submitting information to SIU Carbondale – particularly information such as test scores or your FAFSA – you will need to designate an official school code that will ensure that the information will make it to SIUC.  The following are some of the more common school codes that designate SIUC.


SAT test (also referred to as the CEEB code)
  • 1726

ACT test
  • 1144

GRE test
  • 1726

FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
  • 001758
